Dr. Roger Tsai
Senior Associate/Of Counsel
Dr. Roger, earned his Ph.D. in international economic law from Peking University, is licensed to practice law in Beijing, Shanghai and Taipei. Dr. Roger is also a consultant of Beijing DHH Law Firm, and worked at Lee and Li Attorneys-at-law in Taipei and Beijing Zhong Ying Law Firm in Beijing. Dr. Roger’s practice mainly focuses on cross border M&A, international investment, and cross-strait transaction between Mainland China and Taiwan. In addition, he has extensive experience in commercial dispute resolution. He has represented clients in landmark dispute resolution cases, arbitration, civil and criminal litigation in infrastructure project disputes, including high speed railway, MRT, highway, harbor, power plant, hospital and national defense projects. He is also known for his extensive experience in commercial dispute resolution and is sought after by clients from industries of banking, retail, manufacture, logistic, and energy. In addition, Dr. Roger specializes in intellectual property laws and information technology laws, and has advised international and domestic telecommunications companies, internet service providers and various government authorities. With over 20 years of experience in law practice, Dr. Roger has served many multinational enterprises and Fortune 500 companies. In 2020, he is nominated by Beijing Bar Association as one of the Beijing legal experts specialized in foreign affairs.
