Ross Feingold Special Counsel

Ross Feingold is an expert in legal and regulatory matters especially as it impacts the financial industry. He has worked as a lawyer at law firms and financial institution legal departments in Hong Kong, Singapore and Taiwan. Mr. Feingold’s transactional experience covers a wide range of products from consumer banking to investment banking in markets throughout Asia. Mr. Feingold is a frequent commentator on global trade, regulatory and and political developments for Al-Jazeera, BBC, Channel News Asia, CCTV, CNBC, Guardian, ICRT, The New York Times, Phoenix TV, Radio Free Asia, Radio Television Hong Kong, The Straits Times, The South China Morning Post, TRT World, and Voice of America. His writings are published in The Diplomat and Harbour Times among other publications. Mr. Feingold is a guest speaker about business environment issues for audiences including chambers of commerce, universities, and public service organisations throughout Asia. In Taiwan, Mr. Feingold is a part-time instructor at Shih Chien University’s English Taught Program in International Business as well as MBA programs where he teaches courses in human resources management, marketing, business ethics and business English, and lectures as a guest lecturer at Fu Jen Catholic University’s Master of Global Entrepreneurial Management program. Mr. Feingold speaks Chinese, and arrived in Asia in 1994.
