Mr. Hsieh earned an LL.B. degree from National Taiwan University School of Law. He served as a law clerk in Taiwan High Court Tainan Branch court, R.O.C. Mr. Hsieh has extensive litigation experience; He specializes in Civil, Criminal, and Administrative Litigations, and has rich experience in processing or representing clients in dispute cases of construction, land development, real estate, Anti-corruption Act, Securities and Exchange Act, Radio and Television Act, Mining Act, Renewable Energy Development Act, The Electricity Act, environmental related regulations, Teachers’ Act, etc. Mr. Hsieh has long been assisting government on researches and large procurement disputes, and providing legal service for private enterprises, new ventures and departments of government.
