Non-Prosecution in Copyright Infringement lawsuit Again

Titan represented a well-known global audiovisual platform provider in Taiwan to legally defend a copyright infringement accusation, and received non-prosecution in the first sentence. Taiwan High Prosecutors Office dismissed the appeal and decided to maintain the same judgement. Since the plaintiff, former general manager of our client, erased all the information in the computer before resignation, resulting our client to have limit knowledge of every authorizing details of the videos, hence the willful copyright infringement is difficult to ascertain.
