Titan represented a party who was charged with forging documents and caused the official to record false information. After legal defense, our party received non-prosecution from Taiwan New Taipei District Prosecutors Office.

This case was led by our managing partner, Dr. Ching-Yuan Yeh, and senior associate Mr. Shi-Feng Hsieh. Dr. Yeh, with an S.J.D. and a J.D. from University of Pennsylvania, has over twenty years of experience and previously practiced at Taiwan’s Lee & Li as well as global law firm Sullivan & Cromwell LLP. Mr. Hsieh earned an LL.B. degree from National Taiwan University. He served as a law clerk in Taiwan High Court Tainan Branch court, R.O.C., and specializes in civil and criminal litigations, mining law, environmental related regulations, and Government Procurement Act.
