Concession Made by the Bank and Settlement Reached in a Financial Consumer Dispute

Our client, a credit card merchant of the bank, was groundlessly claimed with derogatory credit. The bank lowered their monthly limit and further demanded termination of contract. We filed a complaint to both the bank and the Financial Ombudsman Institution in compliance with the Financial Consumer Protection Law. As a result the bank agreed to recover our client’s creditworthiness and returned POS machine. Our client’s right was finally protected and retained.
