Titan represents the actual owner, who has lived in the real estate property built during 1970s, for more 50 years to request legal defense on the dispute arose from registration error. We successfully persuaded the Taipei District Court to dismiss the registering party’s demands on return of property and equivalent rental payments.

This case was led by our managing partner, Dr. Ching-Yuan Yeh, and senior associate Mr. Shi-Feng Hsieh, with the assistance of our attorney Yan-Hong Lin. Dr. Yeh, with an S.J.D. and a J.D. from University of Pennsylvania, has over twenty years of experience and previously practiced at Taiwan’s Lee & Li as well as global law firm Sullivan & Cromwell LLP. Mr. Hsieh earned an LL.B. degree from National Taiwan University. He served as a law clerk in Taiwan High Court Tainan Branch court, R.O.C., and specializes in civil and criminal litigations, mining law, environmental related regulations, and Government Procurement Act. Mr. Lin earned an LL.M. degree from National Taipei University, has experience in defamation lawsuit, land disputes, corporate litigations, and contract review.
