Dr. Ching-Yuan Yeh, our founding partner, was appointed arbitrator to the China International Economic and Trade Commission, CIETAC has branches in Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin, Shenzhen, Chongqing and Hong Kong. It handled 1,256 cases in 2013, and is one of the leading state-level arbitration institution in China.

Dr. Ching-Yuan Yeh is an arbitrator qualified in both Taiwan and China; and has registered with the Chinese Arbitration Association,Taipei and CIETAC.
