Our Client Was Sanctioned by Non-prosecution in the Land Development Dispute Incidents

Disputes over forged documents incurred while our client was handling the land development incidents. After Titan restored the truth of the case and clarified the legal issues, the Taiwan Shilin District Prosecutors Office imposed a sanction of non-prosecution.

This case was led by our partner, Dr. Ching-Yuan Yeh, and senior associate Mr. Shi-Feng Hsieh, with the assistance of our attorney Mr. Chang-Zuo Lin.

Dr. Yeh, with an S.J.D. and a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania, has over twenty years of experience and previously practiced at Taiwan’s Lee & Li as well as global law firm Sullivan & Cromwell LLP. Mr. Hsieh earned an LL.B. degree from National Taiwan University. He served as a law clerk in Taiwan High Court Tainan Branch court, R.O.C., and is an experienced litigator. Mr. Lin earned an LL.B. degree from Soochow University. He practices mainly in dispute resolution, financial consumer protection, corporate governance and investment, capital market and transaction, fintech, and compliance.
