Victory: Success in Administrative Appeal for a Broadcast License Dispute

We represented a broadcasting corporation in an administrative appeal regarding National Communications Commission’s rejection of the replacement application for directors and supervisors. The Administrative Appeal Board of the Executive Yuan ruled in our favor and invalidated NCC’s decision. It held that NCC shall make another decision accordingly in two months.
