BOT Dispute

We represented a local government in a dispute arising from the cancellation of an iconic PPIP (Private Participation in Infrastructure Projects) case. The Supreme Administrative Court ruled in our favor and rejected the opposing party’s appeal. The decision is final. This case was handled by Mr. Cheng-Yuan Yu, our founding partner, who is a senior litigator with more than 20 years of experience. He is an expert in administrative litigation, tax and white-collar crime. Prior to founding Titan Law, Mr. Cheng-Yuan Yu worked at several leading law firms in Taiwan, such as Formosa Transnational Attorneys-at-Law and PricewaterhouseCoopers Legal Taiwan.
